Weaving - a Meditative Art Form
By learning the basic technique of weaving and using repetitive patterns, we reach a heightened awareness in which our mind, intuition and knowledge all work together effortlessly.
Weaving can be called a meditative art form for it increases mental retention and activates creativity. It can be calming to the point of inducing relaxation.
In this state of heightened awareness it's much easier to activate the creative potential within us. It can help us to tap into our inner wisdom to find the answers to our current life questions.
Once aware we can change our self-limiting beliefs and attitude into a conscious state of being that helps us to transform our dreams and live the life that is waiting for us.
Actually, it is not so much about what we do, but how we are doing it - with passion, imagination and a good sense of humour.
What would it take to 'weave' your dreams?
